Project CASE Videos:

The Project CASE grant helped to provide the resources needed to build an accessible, high-quality training program in Culinary Arts, customized for blind and visually impaired consumers. Jefferson Community and Technical College and their Workforce Solutions program have been strong partners in creating the curriculum and adapting their training kitchen and teaching methods to provide the needed skillsets for individuals interested in pursuing a career pathway in food services through the Kentucky Business Enterprises program. Many thanks to our excellent workforce partners at JCPS:  Chef Marc Lewis and Tiffany Coleman!

"Workforce Solutions provides thousands of hours of innovative training each year to some of the largest employers in our region, so this partnership was a natural fit,” said Handy. “It is our duty to this community to help grow and enhance a skilled workforce that and we are proud to work with Secretary Ramsey to answer that challenge.”
