These programs include: McDowell Rehabilitation Center (training in low vision and blindness skills), Independent Living and Older Blind Program, Orientation and Mobility Services, Deaf Blind Program, and Bioptic Driving Program. Services are consistent with an individual's strengths, abilities and interests.
