In addition to the above training courses, the McDowell Center offers the following support services, as required:
- Dormitory Housing
- Dietary Consultation
- Counseling
- Access and guidance to Community Resources
- Transportation services
Consumers may be referred to a particular support service through the recommendation of a vocational assessment, a McDowell Center staff member, or in some instances, upon the student's request. All services are available to consumers referred through the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation while enrolled in training classes.
