Committee of Blind Vendors

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Committee of Blind Vendors consists of 9 elected members from across the state. The Committee was established to actively participate with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in the major administrative and policy decisions affecting the overall administration of the Randolph Sheppard Vending program and to perform other 

funct​ions across the Commonwealth.

Training Subcommittee - Todd Stephens, Chair, Derrick Kromenacker, and Cramer Schneider 

Grievance Subcommittee – Todd Freeman, Chair, Katherine Gore, and Brad Holland 

Upward Mobility Subcommittee – Clyde (Buster) Mayne, Chair, Brad Holland, and Cramer Schneider

The Committee Chair is an ex-officio member of all subcommittees.
