New Case Management System for the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
OVR will launch a new Case Management System in July 2026, replacing the current system, which is no longer supported by modern technology. Please be aware that response times may be longer than usual, and staff may have little to no access to individual case information while the transition is underway. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our systems and services.
Order of Selection
Effective Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (KYOVR) will implement Order of Selection (OOS) and temporarily close all four priority categories. The letter of implementation as well as other resources are available on the KYOVR Order of Selection webpage.
