    Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation

    The Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation (SCVR) is a consumer-controlled Council that collaborates and partners with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) in the establishment of programs for delivery of services to individuals with disabilities throughout the Commonwealth. The Council develops, reviews and approves the goals and priorities of State programs and makes recommendations for improvements as needed.

    Kentucky Assistive Technology Services Network (KATS) - External Link

    The KATS Network’s mission is to make assistive technology (AT) information, devices, and services easily obtainable for people of any age and/or disability. AT is any item or piece of equipment (both low-tech and high-tech) used to improve and/or maintain independence in the home, at work, school or play.

  • Committee of Blind Vendors

    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Committee of Blind Vendors consists of 11 elected members from across the state. The Committee was established to actively participate with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in the major administrative and policy decisions affecting the overall administration of the Randolph Sheppard Vending program and to perform other funct​ions across the Commonwealth.
