The Grants Management and System Support Branch (GMSS) is positioned under the Executive Director. The Branch provides support to the agency in many different ways. The following are examples of what the GMSS branch handles:
- Process all payments made to Consumers and Vendors
- Oversees and Evaluates all Service Fee Memos
- Manages the vendor application and renewal programs
- Analyze Data and compling reports for RSA
- Assist staff with technological issues
Grants Management Section
- Monitor and reviews invoices for all OVR contracts
- Reviews and processes all payments for consumer services
- Reviews and sets rates for services that are provided to OVR consumers
- Processes potential vendors who want to provide services and goods to OVR consumers
- Ensures OVR is in compliance with 2 CFR 200 and all other Federal and State guidelines
System Support Section
- Provides adminsitrative and system support to all OVR staff
- Supports the Case Management System with testing, case changes, data collection and clean-up
- Procduces all required Federal and State reports
- SARA training, set up and monitoring
- Oboarding and offboarding of all staff accounts, emails, phones, etc.
- Oversees agency technology needs
- Provides all monthly performance metrics
