Provides oversight to the Kentucky Assistance Technology Loan Corporation (KATLC), staff liaison to the Kentucky Assistance Technology Loan Corporation Board of Directors, serves as a Stable Account ambassador, and oversees the Self-Employment Program, Financial Empowerment/Assets Development assistance, KATLC applicants, Personal Care Attendant Program, and independent living consumers.

Chris Sheetinger - Vocational Rehabilitation Administrator (Frankfort Location)

Provides oversight to the Counselor Mentor Program. Contact for language translation services, wage requests, creation and updates to agency forms, serves as the records retention officer, monitors for physical compliance with confidentially, and oversees safety compliance.

Kathryn Spears - Procedures Development Specialist (Frankfort Location)

Provides expert assistance in the analysis of federal and state laws and regulations to determine the impact on agency programs, develops and implements operational policies and procedures for defining program effectiveness, responds to complex inquiries requiring in-depth research of program policy, and writes and recommends operational procedures manuals.​​
