Students completing the Food Service Occupational Skills Training program at the Perkins Center and who pass the ServSafe exam will have an opportunity to participate in the Perkins Center Barista Training program.
Because students are required to count money, engage in simple math, and measuring, students should have a 4th grade Reading level and a 4th grade Math level to participate in Barista Training.

The Barista training program will last 200 hours which is in addition to any previous Food Service Training that the student has completed.
