Service Goal
The goal is to help individuals manage and reduce emotional and behavioral difficulties while enhancing self-awareness, resilience, coping skills, and independence. Psychological Services achieve this through various approaches including therapy, counseling, psychoeducation, and skill-building interventions.
Service Features
Through individual and/or group sessions:
- Assess cognitive functioning, providing cognitive rehabilitation strategies, and offering compensatory techniques to enhance daily functioning.
- Address depression, anxiety, frustration, or emotional dysregulation through therapy, psychoeducation, and coping strategies.
- Managing impulsivity, aggression, or other maladaptive behaviors through behavioral interventions and support strategies.
- Supporting adjustment to lifestyle changes.
- Use behavioral therapy to manage problematic behaviors.
- Help individuals regain self-control and improve social interactions.
- Provide 24/7 crisis intervention.
