Consumers with communication disorders including the areas of expressive/receptive language skills, fluency, cognition, pragmatics, communication, motor speech, voice, auditory processing, and articulation.​

Service Goal

The goal of speech language pathology at the Perkins Center is to provide evaluation, treatment and consultation services to individuals with communication disorders. All speech-language pathologists providing services through the department are licensed by the Kentucky Board of Speech-Language Pathology and hold the certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
